Content Writer & Brand Storyteller

Oyekale Olawale

Words that inform, engage, and convert.

I’m a content writer who builds blog posts, website copy, articles, SEO content, and brand narratives for teams who’d rather sound like themselves than like everyone else. Research first, voice always.

About

Research, strategy, and a voice readers actually trust

I think of every piece I write as a small negotiation between what a reader wants to know and what a business needs said — and my job is to make both sides feel like they won.

I’m a thoughtful, versatile content writer who works at the intersection of research, creativity, storytelling, and strategy. Some days that means untangling a technical product into a blog post a beginner can follow. Other days it means finding the one sentence that makes a brand’s homepage sound human.

I’ve written for teams in tech, SaaS, finance, and lifestyle spaces — always with the same belief: good content isn’t decoration on top of a business, it’s part of how the business actually works.

What I Do

A short list of things I write well

01

Content Writing

Long-form pieces built around a real point of view — not word count for its own sake.

02

Blog Writing

Consistent, readable posts that keep a blog worth returning to.

03

SEO Writing

Search-aware content that still reads like it was written for a person first.

04

Website Copywriting

Homepage, product, and landing page copy that guides instead of shouts.

05

Copy Editing

A second pair of eyes for clarity, rhythm, and the sentences you’ve read too many times to see.

06

Brand Storytelling

The narrative underneath the marketing — who you are and why that matters to the reader.

How I Work

Four steps, every time

01

Research

I read what’s already been written, talk to the people closest to the subject, and find the gap nobody’s filled yet.

02

Strategy

Every piece gets a job to do — a reader to move, an action to prompt — before a single sentence gets written.

03

Writing

The draft comes fast once the first two steps are done right. This is the fun part, and it shows.

04

Refinement

Cut, tighten, read aloud, cut again. Nothing ships until it sounds like it was worth the reader’s time.

Kind Words

What clients say

Oyekale rewrote our entire onboarding flow and our activation numbers moved within two weeks. He asks better questions than most product managers I’ve worked with.

Amara Chukwu

Head of Growth, Fintra

We’d been through three writers before Oyekale. He was the first one who actually sounded like us instead of like a template with our logo on it.

Daniel Ferreira

Founder, Loop Stack

Fast, thorough, and genuinely easy to work with. Our blog traffic doubled over four months of his posts, and the content still reads well a year later.

Sarah Whitfield

Marketing Lead, Northbeam Finance
